Holy sh-nay-nay...I haven't done squat since December. Yeah I've been leaving comments if and when I get on but dang...I really need to post up some of my new stuff, not that I've been working on much outside of school and what not. Anyway, since I don't have anything to post up (okay I have something but I'm waiting on it, keep reading and you'll understand) I'll just spill a bit about how things have been, and give excuses why my gallery is so pitiful. First, I am sorry I haven't commented on much of anything new since my last log-in. When I logged in today I had over 100 deviations and 72 messages to take care of. Instead of rattling off one mindless comment after another and getting 100 mindless responses back, I just caught up on the messages I did have and though I did look at everyone's new work I chose to comment on none (trying to be fair to everyone). Okay now, reasons for not being on. School is a major factor. I just completed my 5th semester of college this past Wendsday and have been keeping myself busy by looking for a job, tutoring, working for the school paper (I'm a comic strip artist now, yay!), and trying to start a t-shirt line for this dog-rescue organization. I've also been trying to spend as much time with my boy friend as possible, so when I'm not busy I'm usually trying to calm the f**k down with a big hug and a kiss from him. We've been dating for a little over 4 months now and things are going good. Uh...other than all these things I've been trying to keep up with, I have had to deal with some really crappy people and by the time I get home I don't have the energy or the will power to do much but sleep and maybe talk to my baby (I love you Aaron! Not that you have a DA account and can read this but...what the hey?). Uh...I'm trying to think of other things to say but...oh yeah! Comic strip thingy...I actually have one 7 panel (8 if you want to include the title panel) comic completely done and like 4 others in the works. However, since these are meant for the Catalyst Newspaper at MDC they will not be made available till they actually go to print. The first one will be appearing in the first issue for the fall term. So yay, when that happens you guys will know and be able to see the comics as everyone else gets to read them in the paper. Uh...I'll probably put up my t-shirt designs as well but no one can touch them or they will be shot in the head, repeatedly! Those designs are kinda on hiatus till I can get a wacom tablet. Uh...(I'm saying "uh..." a lot but like anyone gives a flying rats ass)if I do end up with any other sketches (not likely since I'm really putting a lot of time and effort into this job hunt thing, news paper thing, tutoring thing...etc.) I guess no matter how crappy they are, I'll post em up, just so you can see I haven't given up and I'm not a total good-for-nothing artist. Uh...yeah. I'll try to get on at least once a week so things don't pile up again but I can't gaurantee anything to anyone. Yes...I know it's been a really long time since I updated my stories too but, as I've said before, it's hard to get motivated to do much more than I don't have to these days. So yeah...I still love you all, I don't have anything bad to say about all the work you've done that I just caught up on and yeah...you'll have to excuse any lapses in my grammar and what not. Typing a little fast and trying to get all my thoughts down at once even though they're all jumbled together and not always relevant to one another. So yeah...love ya and hopefully it won't be too long before I get something new up. Oh yeah and uh...my computer is being retarded so I can't change my mood. It says optomistic but I'm actually kind of hyper-ventilating over here and my brain feels like it might explode. No worries though! I'll live...
